Hi all, Sorry to hear your magazines haven't arrived! I've double-checked our mailing lists and you were definitely on them . I'll pop some more in the post to you today and hope they reach you towards the middle of next week. If you don't receive them for any reason, do let me know. Happy Friday to you all! Emma x

Thanks Emma - my mag has just arrived. I haven't read it all, but did read the article on pacer poles - very helpful indeed. The pacer poles are not quite like the ones I use, mine are hiking poles with a soft wrist strap, and the pacer poles have a moulded grip, but clearly they do the same job in helping me to walk evenly and with more confidence, especially when my knees and feet are getting so painful that I descend into shuffle mode! Using the poles means that I can walk with less effort and use the poles to help me balance, which is exactly what Maureen Butler said in her article. So thanks for the mag - I love it!! Can I add my name as well please.
How many magazines a year should we get?
I think my last one was in April.

Dear Helen, Paula and Sue, I just wanted to confirm that I've posted today another copy of our Autumn magazine. Our magazines are printed 3 times a year, Spring Autumn and Winter. Our winter edition will be on its way to you in early January so do keep an eye out for it. Previous copies of the magazine are available to download in the Members area of our website under Members' publications. We also have spare copies of the spring edition available for anyone who wants to give one to a friend/colleague/local clinic etc. Best wishes and happy Friday! Emma
